Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed on daily basis almost instantly. We deliver same/next working day, but no more than 2 To 3 working days.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the perfume is open or used, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Cancellations
Although we provide a general order cancellation option of 24 hours, it is also subject to its fulfillment status. For orders dispatched or already en-route, customer is responsible for any return-shipping fees imposed by the courier company. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dscentgallery.com

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hamdan Centre,Hamdan street,45 ground Floor, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please if your delivery location international ( out side UAE) kindly pay for your order as we don’t have currently Cash on delivery out side UAE .

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
